We love this view of Milwaukee…and this couple! Angela & Dan are super adorable together. And they were game for anything Eron suggested…strolling through a field, running on the beach or getting cozy in the park.
Plus they brought their pup along for some first family portraits!
We can’t really ask for much more than that.

Before the wedding had even started, we had a case of Smallwaukee with this couple. Another bride, whose wedding we shot just a few short weeks before Jamie & Wanita’s, knew Wanita from school and, through the magic of Facebook, saw we would be at her wedding. She sent us an e-mail letting us know how awesome Wanita is and how much fun we should expect to have. With that kind of endorsement, we couldn’t help being excited for the day to arrive!
And we weren’t disappointed. This gregarious and fun-loving bunch of girls seemed to be anchored by Wanita’s calm, cool & collected attitude. And after seeing them together, as man and wife, it’s clear that Jamie is her match. As a couple they are solid and it was wonderful to see them truly happy, relaxed and having a great time together on their big day.
As promised, it was a night of glitz and glamor. The annual formal gala and auction benefiting the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin was a huge success. And (bonus!) we got to work with David Caruso on another of his fabulous events.
It was an honor for us to see what this incredible event has grown into. With humble beginnings as a dinner between friends, Make A Promise is now one of Milwaukee’s premiere events. Providing an outlet for guests to support HIV prevention, care and treatment programs in Wisconsin, all while having a great time.
We loved working with everyone at the ARCW. It is truly an amazing organization run by some equally amazing people.
Abby & Omar got engaged in Puerto Rico where Abby’s family is from. And then got married in Cabo - but couldn’t let their nuptials pass without a celebration with friends & family back here in the States!
Before they jetted off for their honeymoon in French Polynesia they came home to party in Milwaukee. The lakefront was a natural fit and they chose the tent at Pier Wisconsin.
Something about a Spring wedding…and a couple that is so full of love and joy that makes us really get excited about what we do. A season of weddings ahead of us. Fully rested from the long cold hibernation of Winter. We were ready to go. And this wedding was perfect. Happy and upbeat and full of life.
Just the way we like it.
